Only through the awareness of which attitude and kind of action determine the success of a spinning mill leads to an Intelligent Mill Management. The basic elements of quality management are listed and key performance indicators for each process step of a cotton ring spinning mill are specified and explained. Intelligent management by setting and tracking KPIs.
The course is designed for spinning mill owner and manager. As well as quality and maintenance manager of ring spinning mills. Of course, the content is also of interest to any person who works in textile education, machine manufacture and fiber supply.
Depending on the speed and learning method of the trainee, between 45 – 60 minutes are required for an eLearning part. Each training course contains questions that allow the trainee to check immediately how well he or she has understood the contents. The student automatically concentrates again on the most important contents through the questions.
Parts:
Part 1: Definition of intelligent plant management and the 5 elements of quality management.
Part 2 explains cotton sourcing and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for managing a laydown and the blowroom.
Part 3 deals with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the carding, combing preparation and combing process.
Part 4 gives information about Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for drawing, roving, ring spinning and winding.
It is recommended to work through the training within a series in the numerical sequence of the parts. It is not absolutely necessary, but recommended for understanding.
